Kathy believes that a healthier approach to work is essential to resilience, growth and wellness in work and in life and that organizations have the opportunity to more fully impact (and benefit from) the health and happiness of their employees. Through her companies, Tiaki and Wise Old Tree she is on a mission to build, better, stronger, healthier businesses, individuals and communities.
Kathy is an experienced leadership and personal development coach, marketing consultant, speaker and facilitator with over 20 years of experience partnering with
global and regional organizations to develop their employee and customer experience, their strategic direction and their leaders. Over the course of her work she has had the opportunity to influence organizations such as Pfizer, Nestle USA, The J.M. Smucker Company, Continental Contitech, John Deere, MTD, Greater Cleveland Regional Transit Authority, Cleveland Museum of Art, Cleveland Botanical Garden, Cleveland International Airport, MetroHealth Medical Center, and Ursuline College.
As President of the Northeast Ohio Chapter of the Health & Wellness Network of Commerce (HWNCC), with chapters in six countries, 12 states and with over 45 chapters, Kathy is working to bring together healthcare professionals, entrepreneurs, coaches and business leaders in Northeast Ohio for networking and sharing of ideas to make their organizations and the region stronger.
Kathy earned her bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Marietta College and a master’s in organizational development and analysis from Case Western Reserve University. She has her Executive Coaching Certification from the Weatherhead School of Management and is a certified health coach. Kathy has also shared her real world expertise as an adjunct faculty member at Kent State University, as a board member for the Marietta College Alumni Association and a board member and advisor for the Ohio Environmental Council.
Kathy lives outside of Cleveland, Ohio with her husband and three sons. In her free time she enjoys reading, yoga, running, being on the water and “adventure dining” with her family.
